Matthew Crewe-Smith

Originally from the UK, Matthew first moved to NYC in 1998 to pursue a career in Information Technology and Cyber Security. In 2006 the call of the west took him to Las Vegas, and Austin, Texas for a few years, where he successfully purchased and self-renovated two homes (including complete gut-reno in one). It was this move and the years spent working on the houses that spurred his desire to assist others with their real estate needs.

Upon returning to NYC and navigating the Brooklyn real estate market for himself he settled into Prospect Park South and obtained his real estate license. He prides himself on his extensive knowledge of all things real estate including; architecture, construction, renovation, and how to properly analyze real estate for investment purposes. Matthew is client oriented and has a passion for finding them the right home, whether it be an apartment, condo, coop, townhouse, or even some land Upstate!

An avid car aficionado, Matthew recently acquired his dream car (you’ll have to ask him what that is!), and loves to spend time driving it to car shows and rallies all over NY and CT. A member of The Classic Car Club of Manhattan and NEDC (Northeast Drivers Club), his favorite destinations include Rally Point East, Greenwich Cars & Coffee, and The Bridge.
